Travel-friendly “button style” interface

Unlike a web site with small links, the interface for kiosks is designed specifically for touch screens. All information can be easily-accessed at the touch of a button.  

Fully-integrated content and updates

Forest based kiosks update via the internet connection so that they’re always up-to-date. Any attractions or events entered into the Forest system will automatically be transferred to any relevant kiosks.  

Functional even without an internet connection

Most kiosks on the market do not operate without an internet connection. HAWKs on the other hand, use the connection only for updates, and are fully functional without connectivity. With portable kiosks, you can even move them to events for short periods of time where a connection may not be possible.  

Location-specific driving directions

Each attraction in the Forest database will be automatically populated with turn-by-turn directions specific to each kiosk. Kiosks that feature a roll-fed thermal printer allow travelers to print and take those directions with them.  

Trackable user statistics

All HAWKs feature tracking of the top attractions and events, plus reports and analysis on overall usage averages and statistics.

Hospitality and Welcome Kiosks also offer feature options. Units can be kept simple for initial installation, and additions such as printers, card readers, etc. can easily be added at any time.
